Application/Origination
Your borrowers’ loan applications can be received by GVMS in a number of ways:
Face-to-Face
Your borrowers can meet with one of your employees face-to-face, and a hand-written 1003 can be completed and faxed or scanned to GVMS; or, for a
more immediate response, your loan officers can assist the borrowers in completing
the application online. In any event, all parties will have appropriate access to loan status
updates.

By Phone
Your borrowers also have the ability to apply by phone with one of your loan
officers, who will complete the application by hand and fax or scan it to
GVMS or complete the application online. The borrower can also contact the GVMS "call
center" by phone, which is described below.

By Mail
We can also accept loan applications by mail, either from your loan officers or
your borrowers.

Call Center
GVMS can take your borrowers' application over the phone, assist in selecting
the right product, and price and lock-in interest rates, based on previously
established criteria set by you. Performing these services in certain states
may require additional time for set up, as well as a fee. These services may not
be available in certain states.

Your Private Label Website - Maintained by GVMS
Your borrowers can apply directly by completing an online application. GVMS will
create a link between your existing website and a
private label loan application website for your loan officers and borrowers to use.
The site will be maintained by our IT department. The
utilization of this site will dramatically enhance our ability to respond
quickly to new applications, as well as allow your borrowers the ability to
monitor their loan status online.
