Scott R. Valby, Chairman and CEO,

Scott R. Valby, Chairman and CEO, has practiced law in Houston since 1981. In 1977 Mr. Valby received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University; and in 1981 he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. Mr. Valby is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and he serves the mortgage lending industry as a current Director of the Houston Mortgage Bankers Association and the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and previously as Associate Representative on the Executive Committee of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association for 2003-2004. Mr. Valby practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, corporate, and business law; and he is Board Certified in Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

 

Jacqueline R. Adams, Chief Operations Officer,

Jacqueline R. Adams, Chief Operations Officer, has more than 30 years of management experience in the mortgage lending industry. During that time, Ms. Adams has held senior operations positions with several nationally known mortgage companies and been responsible for all aspects of the mortgage loan origination process.

 

 

 

Richard Triplett, Chief Compliance Officer,

Richard Triplett, Chief Compliance Officer, has more than 24 years of management experience in the mortgage lending industry. Prior to joining GVMS, Mr. Triplett served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Secured Funding Corporation in Costa Mesa, California, managing all compliance, licensing, and quality assurance for that company. Mr. Triplett has earned a Certified Mortgage Banker designation with Mortgage Bankers Association, he has received a faculty Fellow award from MBA, and he is currently the lead instructor for the MBA’s Regulatory Compliance Institute. Mr. Triplett’s Compliance Department is responsible for overseeing all of the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and rulings that affect GVMS’s operations and customers.

 

Debbie Scaglione

Debbie Scaglione, Chief Marketing Officer, has more than 13 years of management experience in the hospitality and legal services industries. Ms. Scaglione is responsible for all of GVMS’s customer relationships.

 

 

 

Glen D. Rieke, Chief Technology Officer,

Glen D. Rieke, Chief Technology Officer, graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas, in 1982. Mr. Rieke has more than 19 years of experience in leading technical initiatives and developing software. Mr. Rieke began his career in technology as a software engineer at a NASA subcontractor. While he worked in the Space Program, Mr. Rieke received numerous awards commending his ability to solve problems through technology solutions. After 10 years of service at NASA and prior to joining GVMS, Mr. Rieke worked for two highly respected and nationally known technology companies in Houston.

 

 

Jeff Charbonneau, Director - Sales and Marketing,

Jeff Charbonneau, Director - Sales and Marketing, has 10 years of industry experience. Mr. Charbonneau’s career started at a young age, and he has worked with and for a variety of leaders in the mortgage industry and at several nationally known companies. Mr. Charbonneau graduated with honors from Texas State University – San Marcos, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

 

 

 

Casey Jones, Director - Sales and Marketing,

Casey Jones , Director - Sales and Marketing, has 15 years of mortgage lending experience. Mr. Jones started as a Wholesale Account Executive, quickly moved up thru the sales ranks, and became a National Production Manager – where he built seven regional production offices that created a nationwide footprint for his employer. Most recently, Mr. Jones managed a large operations center, where he was ultimately responsible for every aspect of the loan fulfillment process.

 

 

 

Jennifer Gerlich, Director - Client Services and Business Development,

Jennifer Gerlich , Director - Client Services and Business Development,joined the Gregg & Valby team in May of 2006, and has been in the mortgage industry since 2001. Ms. Gerlich graduated from the University of North Texas where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

 

 

 

Deanna Mellas, Director - Client Services and Business Development,

Deanna Mellas, Director - Client Services and Business Development,moved to Houston and joined the Gregg & Valby team in the summer of 2006. Although Ms. Mellas is originally from Wisconsin, she moved to Houston from the mountains of New Mexico where she acquired more than 12 years of experience in the Resort Hospitality Industry.
